OK, I said I was distracted...

But at least I'm working on something!

    They're lovely. I really like the idea of a trapunto skirt and quilted/corded sleeves. I taught a class on trapunto/quilting at our recent Collegium and I've been dieing to try more dress applications of the technique since the "stitch and bitch and brainstorm" session that happened at the class got the creative juices flowing. I'm adding your brilliant and beautiful ideas to my files. Pretty stuff.

    This is my first attempt at decorative cording so I am letting myself keep it simple and I'm still amazed at the difference it makes. Hopefully I will get more ambitious in later projects.

    I can't wait to see what you do with it!
